Rental Terms
- Rates are per night, based on double-occupancy.
- Non-Smoking condo.
- No pets allowed.
- Check in: 4:00 PM.
- Check out: 11:00 AM.
- Add 12.4166% Hawaii Travel Tax*.
for stays less than 7 nights.
- Add one time registration fee of $20
on all reservations.
- $200.00 Deposit required within 24 hours of availability confirmation (unless otherwise noted). If no deposit is received within 24 hours, we will automatically release the dates back into the availability calendar and will call the next person on the waiting list for those dates,
unless otherwise noted or discussed.
- Full payments due 45 days before arrival.
- $50.00 Cancellation charge on all confirmed bookings.
- No refund if canceled less than 30 days prior
to arrival, unless we secure a reservation to replace yours. If we secure another reservation, your refund will reflect a $100
processing fee and any difference in the rate of the new reservation.
- Deposit Payments to be made through PayPal unless otherwise arranged.
- Full payments can be made through
PayPal or by check, 45 day prior to arrival.
- Reservations made with-in 45 days of travel, must be paid through PayPal.
- Rates are subject to change without notice,
but will not affect confirmed bookings.

Amenities
Our piece of paradise is comfortable and inviting. Open the large sliding glass door and allow the sites and sounds of the ocean
Welcome you to the islands.
There is a KING size bed in the bedroom and a Futon couch that folds down to make a comfortable FULL size bed in the living room. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room.
The kitchen is an all-electric complete kitchen with refrigerator, cook-top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cooking ware, coffee maker, blender and toaster.
The dining area can seat 4 comfortably, or better yet... take your meal to the great table on the lanai!
The living room is equipped with a Cable TV, VCR/DVD player and a AM/FM/CD player that can plug your personal IPOD into!
Don't forget to bring your laptop, we have HIGH SPEED INTERNET & Wi-Fi for you to use at
no additional cost!
There is a programmable "HOTEL" SAFE large enough to fit most laptops, so you can secure your valuables while you explore the island.
There are plenty of bath towels, kitchen towels and linens. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
This is a NON-Smoking condo. Please honor our request that you refrain from smoking in the condo or on the lanai. Thank you.
Going to the beach? There are beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs, sun umbrella and a cooler for your use, while you are staying at our condo. If you want to be more adventuresome, there is a snorkeling equipment rental store, right down the street!
