We felt more like good friends using your place than users of an impersonal condo. We really enjoyed reading through the "Aloha" Book and learning about what other guests did during their stay. We felt a real camaraderie with them and with you. This personal touch plus an impeccable feel to your unit are the reasons we would definitely consider returning to #211. Thank you very much. Dates stayed - October 3-7, 2009 - via e-mail.... Hi Linda & Danny! Oh, the time has gone by waaaaaaay too fast! Your place here is wonderful and we felt so at home. Your personal touches everywhere are great! We don't want to go home!! We had a fantastic time this first trip to Maui. We were able to relax a lot, which is what we really needed. But, we were also able to do some fun things too. Yesterday we drove the road to Hana. Didn't get to see everything we wanted. But, that's OK, because this defiantly in not going to be our only trip to Maui. We love it here! We also did the Old Lahaina Lu'au and the Molokini Snorkel cruise. It was my first time snorkeling. I'm a bit of a chicken. It was a blast! And I can't believe just how clear the water is! Been watching the turtles here in the pond pop up there heads while watching all the other water activities beyond the wall. Ahh, this is paradise for sure! Again, my dream! That's what it's been. Now it's time to pack (sniffle, sniffle). PS - we loved the Island Music CD... took it with us on the road to Hana. Really was perfect along the way! Aloha and Mahalo! Until the next time!!!.... Dates Stayed Nov 11 - 15, 2009 Dear Linda and Danny, What can I say, I'm now addicted to Maui! We both loved our stay in Maui and in your wonderful condo! Your condo exceeded our expectations by far. It is so well furnished - plenty of towels, beach accessories, kitchen supplies and so much more (too much to list!) This made our stay extra comfortable. We took so many things with us that we didn't even need to because you already had it in the condo! From morning to night, it was a dream. We chose to sleep on the futon with near the lanai with the door open enjoying the fresh, cool Maui ocean breeze. Loved having breakfast out on the lanai in the morning with Gabriela, watching the waters so close to us. We eventually saw turtles and beautiful angel fish in the ancient pond! I would have snorkeled if I had known, oh well...next time! We were non-stop the entire time we were on the Island. Sure we took time to breathe, relax and enjoy the terrific food of the Island but we sure put a lot of miles on our rental car seeing the sites as well. From the great meals at Sansei Sushi (get the Omekasa platter!!), Flatbread Pizza Co. in Pa'ia, Lulu's, biking down Haleakala, zip lining with the skyline boys: Jeff and Sal (they were great), winding our way to Hana (and coming back at night!!!!!!!!....ahhhhh!!!), taking part in a beautifully memorable luau in Lahaina, visiting the ahh inspiring Iao Valley and generally enjoying as much of the Island as we could in the few short days we were there. It was and absolutely pleasurable stay and we hope to come back as soon as possible. I also really got into the Hawaiian music on the radio, especially the cover songs of the old classics, that was so cool! The music was a perfect soundtrack to our road trips! I'm sitting on the lanai, taking in the view one more time before we leave. We had such a wonderful time. Feeling so relaxed. Had a wonderful snorkel trip yesterday. We highly recommend it to your guests. Take the Pacific Whale Foundation trip to Molokini and Lana'i. Beautiful snorkeling & the proceeds go to saving the whales. * a MUST - Sansei - some of the best Asian food I've had. You'll love it! I loved seeing the turtles at the wall just after sunset. Dates stayed - July 24 - Aug 6, 2009 - Dear Linda, Danny and future guests, We have had such a wonderful time in Maui, and it's definately hard to go home. Your condo is a beautiful place and we've really enjoyed staying here. Since we have been in Maui, we have gone to some beautiful beaches. In South Maui, "Big Beach" and Palauea Beach are our favorites. Big Beach is great for boggie boarding and Palauea is good for snorkeling, especially in the morning (we even saw sea turtles)! We also went on a snorkeling boat tour to Molokini and it was very clear and we saw lots of fish; Jeremy even saw a reef shark! We drove up to Haleakala Crater, which was such a sight to see. It's amazing to be at an elevation of 10,000 ft and see what's down below. On the same road, we took an Adventure Eco Tours Zip line tour and hike. It was really fun! Driving the Hana Highway is a must, but be prepared to drive a very windy road. Drive carefully, as many of the oncoming drivers drive into your lane. It is a beautiful town. We also fell in love with Lahaina as well as some great beaches on the outskirts of the city. There are also some great places to eat here. We ate a great Japanese meal & sushi at Sansei Restaurant. For a great local lunch, Da Kitchen is wonderful! One night, we went to Humu's Restaurant (located in the Grand Wailea Hotel complex). It's beautiful there and the food is wonderful. Over in Lahaina, we ate dinner at Mai Tai's. The mahi-mahi there is to die for, and their mai tai is the best we've had so far. We have really enjoyed our time here and appreciate how kind everyone has been. It's our first time to Maui, but it won't be our last. Mallori and Jeremy Stephens, Eagle River, Alaska

Dates stayed - July 13-24, 2009 - via guestbook at the condo - Linda & Danny, A big mahalo to you both for having such a beautiful place! We have felt at home the minute we walked in! I can truly say I have never seen such a beautiful, amazing & tear inspiring view from the lanai. We spent many hours enjoying it as we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner also in the evenings, gazing at the stars & lights. We really enjoyed our eleven day stay - we tried to see and do as much as we could. survived Hana (we even drove home the back way!) & Haleeakala, snorkeled Molokini, visited many, many beaches, the winery, a submarine ride (twice - it was murky the first time, so they gave us a rain check) & even managed to catch the new Harry Potter movie one afternoon when we decided we needed a break from the sun & water! This was truly a vacation â?? so relaxing. We love Kihei & itâ??s quaint small town atmosphere. Pita Paradise was one of our favorites as was Sansei Sushi (we tried 3 attempts to get a spot, but the third time charmed). We swam and snorkeled & loved the beaches. Warren & Annabelleâ??s Magic show was fabulous as was the road to Hana â?? but soooo many turns and bridges! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us. Dates stayed â?? May 22-29, 2009 - via guestbook at the condoâ?¦â?¦â?¦ Aloha from Cubby & Dave. We love your little slice of heaven! This was our first time to the island of Maui!! The condo is in a great location â?? quick drive to Lahinia and across the island, too â?? plus walk to town and other beaches. This was mainly a â??restingâ?� vacation for us. The grounds are beautiful and SO well kept. The grass carpet is great for an afternoon nap! We spent an entire day in Lahaina wandering the waterfront, shopping, seeing the maze of a Banyan tree. The â??shave iceâ?� in the middle of town is a must! Dave golfed the Plantation course at Kapalua. Absolutely gorgeous views. Cubby assisted from the golf cart!! Then we took a sunset dinner cruise through the Pacific Whale Foundation. We bought our matching Hawaiian shirt and dress, bought leiâ??s had our cameras and looked like real tourists!! Little did I know that 15 minutes into the trip â?? Dave proposed! So, Linda and Danny, you were accomplices! Of course I said YES!! It was fun BBQing on the rooftop grill!! Everything is so well taken care of in Menehune Shores and all are so friendly â?? we hope to come back!! (Cubby)________________We enjoyed many meals on the lanai.
